Privacy Notice (Personal Data Protection)

SYM VIP Transfer ("the Company") processes your personal data as the data controller under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 ("KVKK") for the purposes and on the legal grounds described below.

1. Personal data collected

We process your full name, phone number, email address, flight information, address and travel preferences for booking and service delivery. We do not store payment data; payments are processed by licensed payment institutions.

2. Purposes of processing

Your data is processed to deliver the transfer service, communicate with you, track the booking, collect payment, fulfil legal obligations, and improve service quality.

3. Legal grounds

Processing is based on contract performance, your explicit consent, and our legitimate interests.

4. Data sharing

Your data is shared only as strictly necessary with our drivers and staff, payment institutions, our email provider (Resend), and our hosting providers (Vercel, Supabase).

5. Your rights

Under KVKK article 11 you have the right to: learn whether your data is being processed, request information about the processing, learn its purpose, learn about transfers to third parties, request correction of incomplete or incorrect data, and request deletion. Contact us by email for any request.

6. Retention

We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide the service and for the statutory retention periods that follow (tax, commercial records).
